"It’s a long story and to make it short, why am I at this outlet is because of my online (pizza hut) order through GRAB was not really satisfying. I’ve ordered & PAID for pepperoni stuff crust personal set but received pan crust! (Frustrated). So today 3rd Sept I’m purposely walk in and did my complaint. But frankly speaking these 3 kind hearted person (staff) namely by Alif, Suthan & Safuan are really made my day. They fully listened to my complain without a single word reply. The manager proceed with a personal set for me with chicken pop corn on side plus I got it with ice lemonade. They resolved my issue rapidly & politely. On the other note to Pizza Hut Hq please do check your other staff in this outlet that did the silly mistakes. Please verify with Alif ,who’s in charged on my order dated 2nd September delivered to Residensi Jalilmas (B-28-05). They should get their lessons. Again to Alif, Suthan & Safuan, you guys are damn good & I hope you get your rewards from HQ."

"The manager of this store is very friendly and are able to delivered extraordinary customer service. She was able to solve my problem in choosing the best menu to get at pizza hut, i think her name is Syaza. Pizza hut are lucky get her as part of the team."

"The service crews in this Pizza Hut are excellent . They are friendly, helpful and supportive in handling my order, while I wrongly ordered for what I want, they took the trouble to assist to rectify without panelising. What's a wonder experience. Will definitely come back to this branch."
